All charges are in Canadian dollars. If you select both a pre-order and an available item, they will be held together until the pre-order is ready to ship. If you want to bypass this, order them separately.

It isn’t realistic for this micro-operation to accept returns, or any cancellations once an order has shipped. Of course, if there are any problems with the item you ordered, please email orders@camilledelean.

Items ship from Montreal or Toronto within 7 days. They can go worldwide, via Canada Post air mail. If you live in (central) Montreal, you can email orders@camilledelean before placing an order to see about arranging a delivery to save shipping costs.

Costs are calculated by weight, and sadly, shipping LPs from here is not cheap. Note that the difference in cost to ship 1 and 2 LPs in North America is often very small, or non-existent.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any international taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer and out of our control.
